This review was long overdue. From start to finish, every exchange I had with Crystal Web Agency guys was easy and seamless. These are guys who do exactly what they say they’re gonna do. My project was somewhat complex. And I wasn’t sure if it was something they would be able to accommodate, but John and the team were able to get everything done. The lines of communication remained open at all times, and they were always available to answer all of my questions.
They gave video walk-through guides and tutorials to show me how to use the backend of my website, and as part of using their service, I was able to get a discount on Web posting, which I still use to this day. I had a great experience creating my first website with Crystal Web Agency Guys! The only thing I paid for was the hosting fee subscription and an upgraded website theme. Max was great to work with and provided informative emails on each step of the process. The forms he sent to customize the website were efficient and detailed. When they say that they take care of everything they really do! They made sure to make it the way I wanted and with the layout that I chose. As for their cost, they are below normal costs for website design. Had I had my new sites built anywhere else, it would have been double or triple the cost. Now we have 2 more sites in development. Lastly, John Reeds is my lead project manager, and without question, he has been the most responsive PM I've EVER worked with.
